26, 1/2           APEC_Future_Education_Festival.jpg (165.2 KB), Download : 11    APEC Future Education Festival APEC Future Education Festival is to celebrate the successful 5th APEC Education Ministerial Meeting to be held in Gyeongju, Korea on May, 2012, as a form of ALCoB Edutainment Exchange Program (AEEP) which is one of the representative international exchange programs in APEC based on experiential learning activities and multinational team projects. Around 500 students and teachers from 11 economies have participated in AEEP since 2007. Particularly, APEC members pronounced positive opinions about this program in 2006 APEC Future Education Consortium Steering Committee and also from a pilot test that was achieved in 2008, APEC Education Foundation acknowledged AEEP as an excellent student exchange program in APEC region. The Festival consists of two different kinds of events, which are Teacher-Student AEEP and Enterprise-University student AEEP aimed at global leadership, cultural understanding, communication skills, and youth entrepreneurship. As a host of APEC Future Education Festival, Institute of APEC Collaborative Education (IACE) sincerely invites 1 representative teacher and 1 university student to give them valuable opportunities to experience the true international educational cooperation and to share a wide range of educational information. Also, enterprises who are willing to join this event could also participate in by economies¡¯ recommendation.
