The IACE is launching the bimonthly e-Newsletter for international cooperation and communication among APEC colleagues on March 2007, and looking for the volunteer reporters from APEC economies. The local news reporter representing his/her economy will be appointed as honorary reporter, non-profit basis. The reporters are expected to be the main gate of the international communication on education field among APEC member economies for one year. Certificates issued by the IACE will be presented  when successfully completed the term. 

Appointed local reporter is advised to submit member economy's education related article each month, and the copyright of the articles is reserved by the IACE. Qualified candidates are expected to send one article to the IACE editor (anneditor@paran.com) by the end of March 2007.
