For the contribution to the development of e-Learning, Dr. YoungHwan Kim, Chair of the Consortium for APEC Cyber Education Cooperation (ACEC) and President of the Institute of APEC Cyber Education (IACE), and CREDU Co., Ltd., a member of Korean ALCoB-EC, are awarded a prize by the name of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Korean Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
In particular, a ceremony of this awarding is convened in the Korea International Convention Center in Goyang City in relation to the Edu Expo 2005 supported by the Korean Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
