2005 AIV were dispatched in Hanoi, Viet Nam and took into full activities from Feb. 22 to 26. As a part of programIn this time, AIV convened AIV/ALCoB Workshop from Feb. 23 to 25 with about 60 Vietnamese teachers. The following is an overview of the activities. Especially, Mr. Ngo Manh Hai, Deputy Director General, Viet Nam Ministry of Education and Training was present at the opening ceremony and delivered the Welcome remarks instead of Mr. Tran Ba Viet Dzung, Director General of the International Cooperation Department, Viet Nam Ministry of Education and Training who was planned to attend the opening ceremony.
